The nurse who gave me my shot yesterday said several times that God was smiling on us everyday. One time I responded that he had missed some days. I found her comments inappropriate even though she meant well. With a floor filled with cancer patients, I was wondering if in her delusion she mistook a sneer for a smile since her all-powerful deity would be responsbile for our condition. I'll stop now before I offend anyone further but I needed to get this off my chest.
