My cousin the lobster

My wound has had some green stuff that is actually fine and it occurred to me that it was like the green stuff in lobsters known as the Tomalley which as it turns out functions as the lobster's liver and pancreas.  While we like to eat the tomalley, we have passed on my green stuff.  But the article on tomalley actually said the FDA warned in 2008 that people should avoid eating it as it could be contaminated with bad toxins but lobster meat is fine.
